Live in 7 to 10 days Switching billers mid year is routine for us. We run your old AR in parallel so nothing is dropped.Free billing review
Send us your details and we will do the maths
Give us your speciality, your payer mix and roughly what you are collecting now. We come back with a written review showing your denial pattern, your AR ageing and the revenue you should be capturing. It costs you nothing and there is no contract attached to it.
Please do not send patient information through this form. Leave out names, dates of birth, member IDs, claim numbers and any clinical detail. This form is not a secure channel for protected health information. Once we speak, we move you onto our HIPAA compliant portal and a signed business associate agreement before any patient data changes hands.
Common reasons practices call
Tell us which of these sounds like your practice
You do not need a tidy brief. Most practices reach us in the middle of a mess, which is exactly when a second pair of eyes is worth the most.
Claims go out and money does not come back
Submissions look fine on your end but collections keep sliding. We trace it back through coding, eligibility and payer edits to find where it breaks.
Medical billing DenialsThe same denial codes keep coming back
Repeat denials are a process fault, not bad luck. We fix the root cause and appeal what is still inside the filing window.
Denial management CredentialingA new provider cannot bill yet
Enrolment is stuck, CAQH is out of date, or a payer contract never got countersigned. We chase every one of them to closure.
Credentialing Ageing ARYou have a pile of claims over 90 days
Old AR is still collectable far more often than practices assume. We work it in buckets and tell you honestly what is realistically recoverable.
AR follow up DentalYour dental claims need someone who knows dental
Dental billing runs on its own codes, its own attachments and its own payer rules. It is not medical billing with different forms.
Dental billing SwitchingYour current biller has gone quiet
No reports, no answers, no visibility. We take over in parallel so the handover never leaves a gap in your cash flow.
Revenue cycle managementOnboarding
From first call to first clean claim in about ten days
Switching billers frightens practices because they picture a month with no cash coming in. That is not how we do it. Your old AR keeps being worked while the new workflow is built alongside it.

Questions practices ask us first
How much does your billing service cost?
Most practices are on a percentage of collections, which means we only earn when you get paid. The rate depends on your speciality, claim volume and how much AR cleanup is needed up front. Smaller practices and single providers can start from $98. We quote you a firm number after the free billing review, never before.
Do we have to change our EHR or practice management software?
No. We log into whatever you already use. We work in more than twenty systems including SimplePractice, Kareo, eClinicalWorks, AdvancedMD, DrChrono and TherapyNotes. If yours is not on our list, tell us and we will learn it.
How long does credentialing usually take?
The payer sets the clock, not us. Commercial payers typically take 60 to 120 days and Medicare and Medicaid can run longer. What we control is that your application goes in complete and correct the first time, and that someone follows up every week instead of waiting for a letter. Incomplete submissions are the single biggest cause of delay.
Can you take over an existing AR backlog?
Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons practices come to us. We sort the backlog into ageing buckets, check what is still inside timely filing limits and tell you plainly what is recoverable and what is not. You get an honest number, not an optimistic one.
How do you keep patient data secure?
A signed business associate agreement comes before any access is granted. Data moves over encrypted connections only, access is role based and logged per record, and every staff member completes HIPAA training annually. This contact form is deliberately outside that boundary, which is why we ask you not to put patient details into it.
We are unhappy with our current biller. How messy is switching?
Less messy than you expect, because we run in parallel rather than cutting over in one go. Your old AR keeps being worked while new claims start flowing through us. Most practices are fully live inside seven to ten days with no gap in cash flow.
